Panache is Navi Mumbai's specialty coffee shop and patisserie in CBD Belapur — built as a space for good coffee, good food, and good company.

Beans first,
everything else after.

Every drink at Panache starts with imported, single-origin beans. Espresso, pour-over, or manual brew — V60, Chemex, AeroPress — each is made to order rather than sitting on a warmer. For something creamier, our A2 milk coffees are finished with real ice cream.

The food menu stays minimal and healthy by design — contemporary continental plates with a dedicated avocado & matcha section. Alongside it, our in-house bakery turns out breads and pastries fresh every day, plus an expansive dessert menu for when coffee alone isn't quite enough.

Dark chocolate walls, warm amber lighting, deep navy sofas and walnut wood — Panache was designed to feel like a lounge you can settle into, not rush through. Whether it's a quiet solo morning, a long catch-up, or a full house for a match, the space is built to hold it.
